Sara Lahdili
Sara Lahdili holds a Master’s degree in Management and Service Design from the University of Milano-Bicocca and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociological Sciences from the University of Padua. Her research focuses on diversity, inclusion, and socio-economic dynamics, with particular attention to the experiences of second and third-generation Muslim women in the labor market in Italy and Europe. Combining sociological and managerial approaches, her work explores how inclusive practices can foster social innovation and economic empowerment. Beyond academia, she has professional experience in international sales, client relations, and recruitment, which inform her interest in organizational cultures and diversity management.

Francesco Costanzo
Francesco began his PhD (XLI cycle) in Business for Society at the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2025. He earned a BSc in Economics of Banking, Insurance and Financial Intermediaries and an MSc in Business Administration— both from the University of Milano-Bicocca. His research explores how digital media and omnichannel design reshape retail, focusing on consumer behavior, engagement, trust, and the performance of digital touchpoints. Building on his master’s thesis, he collaborates with CRIET – Centro di Ricerca Interuniversitario in Economia del Territorio and industry partners on data-driven retail media and customer-experience projects.

Letizia Esposito
My name is Letizia Esposito, I graduated with a bachelor degree in Marketing, Corporate Communication and Global Market at the University of Milano-Bicocca. I also graduated with a master degree in Marketing and Global Market at the University of Milano-Bicocca. During my master degree I focused on retailers, which are one of my main interests. In particular, I am interested in exploring the relationship between retailers and their consumers, as well as the use of new technologies in this field.

Bakht Maheen
Bakht Maheen, from Pakistan, began her PhD (XLI cycle) in Business for Society at the University of Milano-Bicocca in 2025. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology and has developed an interdisciplinary academic background spanning technology, management, business, and society. Her research focuses on citizen science in management, exploring how collaborative and participatory approaches foster citizen engagement, co-creation, and innovation across organizations and communities. Her broader research interests include management, economics particularly in relation to innovation, digital transformation, sustainability, and the creation of social and economic value to contribute to social impact, sustainable development.
