Paola Bongini
Director
Paola Bongini is Full Professor of Banking and Finance at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). Her research interests are in empirical banking and financial regulation with specific focus on financial literacy and financial education, serving as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Italian Foundation for Financial Education (Feduf). She has been involved in several national and international research projects and in relevant outreach activities both in the financial and nonprofit sector.

Elisabetta Marafioti
Deputy Director
Elisabetta Marafioti is Associate Professor of Management at the University of Milano–Bicocca (Italy). She holds a Ph.D. in Strategic Management and a Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University. She is President of the MsC in Management and Service Design and Director of the Master in Management and Digital Transformation at the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her research focuses on digital transformation, sustainability, sustainable innovation and business model innovation.

Gustavo A. Barboza is a Full Professor and the Jack and Vada Reynolds Endowed Chair of International Business at the College of Business, Loyola University New Orleans (USA) where he teaches Administrative Decision Making, Strategic Decision Making and Global Business Leadership. Camilla Buzzacchi
Camilla Buzzacchi, Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, is Full Professor of constitutional, budget and public economic law. She is Deputy Director of the Department of Business and Law and Director of the Executive Programme Social and Health Services Law (DISESO) of University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). Her teaching engagement and her research experience concern issues of public intervention of national and EU institutions, EU funding, competition law and services, public budget and fiscal rules, local government and independent agencies.

Stefano Calciolari
Stefano Calciolari is Associate Professor at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy). He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Syracuse University (NY, USA), a Ph.D. in Public Administration from the University of Parma (Italy). He was Post-doc at Bocconi University.
His research interests revolve around organization and innovation and performance management, with a focus on public and healthcare organizations. He is founder of the SIG Healthcare Management at the International Research Society for Public Management (IRSPM) and member of the Italian Health Economics Association (AIES).

Richard Callahan
Richard Callahan is a Professor at the University of San Francisco (USA), with a joint appointment from the USF School of Management and the USF School of Nursing and Health Professions. Callahan is Co-Director of the USF Master of Public Health Program in Sacramento and the Director of the Health Services Administration concentration in the Master of Public Administration in the School of Management. His research, consulting, publications, and teaching focuses on leadership behaviors and strategy practices that are effective in complex, demanding and dynamic environments in the public and nonprofit sectors.

She received her PhD in Business Administration from the University of Pavia, she was Assistant Professor at the University of Bergamo and carried out research and teaching at Bocconi University. Federica Doni
Federica Doni, PhD, is Associate Professor in Business Administration and Accounting. She is the Director of the Master’s Degree Sustainability in Law Finance and Management (SiLFiM) at the University of Milano-Bicocca (Italy).
Her primary research interest is on Intangibles and Intellectual Capital, corporate governance, ESG and Integrated Reporting, SDGs, climate change and biodiversity issues. She is the Principal Investigator of the Jean Monnet Module Application "Sustainability Disclosure in Corporate Reporting. Improvement and harmonization of best practices in European Union" (2019-2022).

Mila Gascó-Hernandez
Mila Gascó-Hernandez is the Associate Research Director at the Center for Technology in Government and a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration and Policy at Rockefeller College (USA). She was awarded the Enric Prat de la Riba award for the best PhD thesis on public management and administration, given by the School of Public Administration of Catalonia in Barcelona, Spain.
Her areas of research are mainly related to information and technology in government, including electronic and open government, e-governance, public sector innovation, smart cities, and public policy evaluation.
